Lis Wiehl is an American journalist and legal analyst who previously worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor and National Public Radio. She is a weekly guest for The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs Now. Wiehl is an Yakima native, who attended West Valley High School. She completed her studies at Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree in 1983. In 1985, she earned the Master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded the Juris Doctorate at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl had been the US Attorney. She also worked as an NPR legal reporter. All Things Considered. She was the "deputy chief of the investigative team for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's re-election. She was tenured professor of laws at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was employed as a Fox News legal analyst from 2001 to 2017.
